The openminded inquiry into the behaviors, norms, beliefs and dreams of people and teams related to an organization for the purpose of uncovering objective truths and overcome biases to inform better decisions on issues that shape the world.

INTERPERSONAL and ORGANIZATIONAL DYNAMICS – People make the world go round. Figure out how to work with others and teams in a way that lets everyone win.  This generally comes down to making conversations happen that need to happen. It’s the conversations you’re not having that run your life.

RATIONALITY, PRAGMATISM, and the SEARCH FOR TRUTH

Problems  – in organizations, politics – often stem from not accepting a truth that runs counter to their strong-held perceptions. Seek to find out the underlying causes, drivers, and levers in a given system or situation.  Then to do the right thing.

DIVERSE VOICES

Cross-pollinating ideas and perspectives across disciplines and perspectives to solve problems and give voice to those who rarely speak up.

EFFICIENCY AND SUSTAINABILITY

Less physical waste, utilitarian use of resources, and the creation of more self-regulating systems.

LIFE LEARNING

Because learning new things keeps us from losing touch with ourselves and stay an active part of a  quickly changing world.  To keep up with the times and have the tools, skills, and knowledge to be your best self.

ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING and INNOVATION

Because learning from ourselves and our peers keeps organizations competitive and able to deliver on their mission every day.  And for the people within an organization to be contributing to its mission, something bigger than themselves.
